Babette's Table is owned and operated by Erika Lynch—a traditionally French-trained butcher and maker of fine charcuterie. Her products are sold at local markets, from her food truck and at the Taste Place in the Mad River Valley, Vermont. A variety of meats are offered weekly (salami, etc...). Old-world charcuterie at it's best. Slow food. Life well lived and nourished.
