Orders for fresh sausage (frozen) and bacon can be picked up on December 15th from 4-6 pm at the Mad River Taste Place. Our dried salami will be available at the Taste Place throughout the holiday season.

Fresh (Frozen) Sausage

Please indicate if you would like any of the following sausage varieties, and, if so, how many packages. Our packages include two large sausages and usually total 2/3rds of a pound. Quantities are limited, and all orders will be filled in the order in which they are received. We will contact you if we are unable to provide you with the variety of your choice.

A clean, Italian style sausage that showcases high quality local pork.

Spicy Fennel

An Italian style sausage with a strong fennel flavor and a kick of hot pepper.

Breakfast Sage

Southern style sausage to round out a big breakfast.

Maple Bacon

We usually sell bacon in 3/4 pound packages. Please indicate how many packages you would like.

Babette's Table

Babette's Table is owned and operated by Erika Lynch—a traditionally French-trained butcher and maker of fine charcuterie. Her products are sold at local markets, from her food truck and at the Taste Place in the Mad River Valley, Vermont. A variety of meats are offered weekly (salami, etc...). Old-world charcuterie at it's best. Slow food. Life well lived and nourished.
